Delphi Tsinghua Institute (DTI) - SAE Global Knowledge Center

Students participating in the Technical Survey of Modern Vehicle Transmission Systems seminar at the DTI - SAE Global Knowledge Center on the campus of Tsinghua University.

Delphi Tsinghua Institute, located on the Tsinghua University campus in Beijing, was established in 1996. In 1999, SAE International established a library of materials to support the industry and its academic needs. In 2004, the SAE International Global Knowledge Center provided space for education and technical training programs for the automotive community.

Several SAE International seminars were conducted at the Global Knowledge Center in 2004 and 2005 including Technical Survey of Modern Vehicle Transmission Systems; Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFM/DFA); and Automotive Engineering Project Management. Companies such as Zejaing APG Group, Jiangxi Changhe Automobile Co. Ltd., and Dong Feng Motor Co., Ltd. have participated.
