Corporate Technologies: Engineering Education & Training

SAE International has been offering engineering education and technical training within the China automotive engineering community since 2001with the cooperation of various partners throughout the years including China Automotive Technology & Research Center (CATARC), Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation Training Center, and Delphi Tsinghua Institute. Its most recent seminar offering took place in the summer of 2006, addressed "Strategies for Attaining World Class Performance and Technology," and was sponsored by the by the Science and Technology Bureau of Ningbo.

To date, 240 engineers have participated in 11 SAE technical training seminars in China during 2004-2005.
